Domain Registration and Set Up ($125 value)

• Use existing web host OR 
• Transfer your domain registration information to a new host*
• Set up your new domain name (or sub-domain) on a reliable web host
• One full year new domain hosting (approx.$20-$40 per month) will be calculated into the final price (no monthly fees!)
• 10-300 MB of space on the host server (according to the needs of your site) with a corresponding number of e-mail accounts 
• Set up e-mail accounts on the host server
• Full site stats: number of visitors, referral site, which pages were viewed etc. 
• Access to your domain control panel

Business Web Site Redesign

• Research the web to get a feel for your sales environment
• Find a unique niche for your site or products
• Download the text from your existing website or write new text for you
• Redesign your new website including background,  buttons, lines, banner, banner graphics, text, logo, navigation links etc.
• Structure your site so customers can find what they want and purchase easily and securely
• Editing text for the correct tone, terminology, punctuation, grammar, consistency
• Add, remove, combine existing pages for easy navigation
• Optimize graphics to decrease download time if necessary
• Scan and insert company site photos, stock clip art or photos 
• Optional sound: music (Midi or wav), voice files 
• A text or graphical counter to help you count your visitors (optional)
• Revise forms for processing e-mail inquiries and/or feedback requests if necessary
• Uploading of your final website, checking all links and forms

Site Optimization ($300 p/page value)

• Optimize web site text using the appropriate meta tags, keywords, text on all pages
• Construct or edit for readability, ease of navigation, credibility and placement in the search engines
• Investigate, create and install mutual links (See Custom programming)

Order Processing

Existing Business Web Site/ Site Redesign 

• Review your existing site, shopping cart, secure order processing, etc. and recommend changes if appropriate

• Design, build, set up and testing of one of the following:

  • mail or fax order form

  • secure on-line order form

  • combination of contact/order form 

• Free currency converter on international order forms
• Shopping cart set up: product photos (thumbnails and close-ups) with detailed descriptions $2 per product; shipping rates etc.
• Secure credit card processing with an Instant Merchant Account or Virtual Merchant Account. Process cards securely on line within hours of sign up
• PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to your existing shopping cart, creating a new shopping cart, adding items, setting up new real time order processing or new online payment processing with PayPal, CheckSpace or FreeCarts etc. bills at the Custom Design rate

Maintenance ($600 value)

• Site Maintenance: after the final upload any changes, additions, deletions, corrections etc. taking less than 20 minutes to complete are free
• No monthly fees!

• Work charges are billed at a low $40 per hour in 15 minute increments

Search Engine Registration ($175 value)

• Check your position in the top five free search engines
• Tweak and re-register your site if necessary to improve your rank/ placement
• New registration with the top 5 general engines/directories in which you are not listed
• Registration with business/product specific search engines (if applicable)
• Registration with the top five Christian search engines (if applicable)
• A cross link on our site to improve your SE rankings

Site Marketing  ($225 value)

• Site Marketing Guide: access to our exclusive 26-page marketing area packed with tons of links and resources to help you use the Internet and sell your products.

* We do not charge to transfer your domain name. However, you will pay a separate $15-$35 per year fee  to the registrar and renew your domain name every year. If ordering a new domain, we register everything in our name and after final payment the domain name is released to you.
