I changed the original e-mail I gave when I signed up with you. How can I get my log in information emailed to another email address?
Just send us a change of e-mail address request. In order to avoid a potentially fraudulent change of info or access to your account we also need:

(1) a written request on your company letterhead to change your contact email from the one currently on record for your account (list the email addresses in question) to your new email address (provide that email address also)

(2) a photocopy of your drivers license. Fax it along with your domain name

(3) a copy of your original Welcome Letter with current username & password information.

(4) Fax the written request to  1.877.892.6338 . The phone system should recognize it as a fax and send it through. You can also scan the letters and ID into your computer and e-mail them to us.

As soon as you get your new log in information, go in to your Admin Suite/Account Management area to change the contact information associated with your account. Or, we can do it for you.

I forgot my user name and password!
Send us an e-mail and we will re-send the original Welcome letter to you.
I forgot my domain Administration Suite username and password. How can I get it?
Send us an e-mail and we will re-send the original letter to you.
You told me to clear my cache so I can see changes to my site. What is that and how do I do it?
Your cache is where your browser stores the files for the web pages you view. Every time you view a web page, there is the page that you view plus all the images that are on it. Your cache will store those files on your computer so that the next time you go to that page, it won't take as long to load the page since it just "pulls it from your cache". Here are the steps to empty out that temporary internet folder so that you can go back and reload the page in question so you can see any changes made to it since the last time you were there.

If you use Netscape Communicator: Open Netscape
Choose "Edit" from the menu at the top
Choose "Preferences" out of the resulting pop up menu.
Double Click on "Advanced"
Click on "Cache"
In that window choose "Clear Disk Cache"
Click OK

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer
Choose "Tools" from the menu at the top of the browser
Choose "Internet Options" from the resulting drop down menu
In the middle of the box that pops up, where it says "Temporary Internet Files", click on the button that says "delete files"
Click Ok
If you use AOL:

To clear the America On Line browser cache ( Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0) From the My AOL menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click WWW.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
Click OK.

To clear the browser cache in America On Line ( Internet Explorer v. 3.0) On the My AOL menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click WWW.
On the Advanced tab, click Settings.
In the Empty Folder section, click Yes.
Click OK.
Send us an e-mail and we will re-send the original letter to you.

How do I run traceroute?
If you can get to the administrative suite at your domain, please click on the "Network Troubleshooter" icon and click the button to do a traceroute and send us the results. If you can not get there, and you use Windows, please follow these steps:

Click on Start, then Run.

Type command in the run box that's just "command" without the quotes to bring up an MS-DOS window.

Type exactly this on one line:
tracert yourdomain.com>C:\windows\desktop\tracert.txt

(the only space in there is between "tracert" and the domain name)
Put in your domain information where it says "yourdomain.com" It will take a little while to complete and after you see the prompt again, type exit to get out.

Then there will be a file on your desktop called "tracert.txt" that will have the traceroute included in it. Ideally all the numbers should be around 300 or below. That is really good. The closer they get to 1000 the worse the traffic is in that area or there is a problem in the connection at that point. The top number will be your ISP (usually the top few numbers) then it will hop along it's way to the server and the last number will be your domain.

Please send the contents of the file as an attachment to your e-mail requesting support.
